Bob Pointer


Bob specializes in behavioural analysis and consults world-wide. With over 40 years of practical cross sector experience in environments where communication is vital, from law enforcement to high stakes negotiations, he has developed a range of behaviour centric approaches to assist in building positive interpersonal conversational climates.

A qualified facilitator, and former lecturer at City, University of London, he provides a blended interactive approach to professional development which effectively links academic theory to practice based situations.

Bob is currently retained by Volvo Trucks UK as an advanced communications specialist facilitator, undertakes bespoke in house programme design and also regularly provides keynote presentations at conferences and events.

Patrick Tan


Patrick Tan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Law Corporation. His areas of practice include commercial litigation and arbitration, wealth management, and private client matters. He is a Notary Public Commissioner for Oaths, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, as well as an accredited Associate Mediator, appointed by the Singapore Mediation Centre and the Primary Dispute Resolution Centre of the State Courts of Singapore.


He also currently serves as a Volunteer Mediator for Small Claims Tribunal, State Courts of Singapore, as well as State Courts-SMC panel of mediators for the Volunteer Mediator Programme (Magistrate Complaints). In addition he is also a Legal advisor for Singapore Estate Agents Association. Patrick obtained his LL.B. (Hons) at the Nottingham University, where he received top honours, clinching several academic awards in land law, company law and partnership law.

In 2005, Patrick was nominated for the Spirit of Enterprise Award in Singapore for founding M/s Patrick Tan & Associates (now known as Fortis Law). In 2007, Patrick steered the firm into becoming the first law firm in Singapore to be accredited with the PrimeLaw Practice Management Excellence   Standard awarded by the Law Society of Singapore. It is also the first law firm to be awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award 4 times in a row from 2010 to 2013 by the Law Society of Singapore.

Timothy Graham Taylor


With over 30 years of experience as a police officer, trainer and tactical advisor, Timothy Taylor has a range of specialist knowledge, including conflict management, assessing behavioural triggers during incidents, and counter-terrorist searches.


Timothy was the Lead Personal Safety Trainer responsible for training new and existing officers, and developing and delivering various training packages. As a Firearms Counter Terrorist lead, he was also involved with the Nuclear industry observing and participating in their regulatory exercises and teaching the Firearms teams how to deal with Active Shooter Scenarios.


During his service, he was seconded to the National Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Centre as a National Instructor and Advisor delivering the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Program, qualified as a Radiation Protection Supervisor through Atomic Weapons Establishment.
