Tommy Seah

Tommy Seah - Rel-Alliance

Tommy is a person you want to meet. He has trained and coached more than 10,000 management staff and some of the top CFOs, CEOs, CIOs, and COOs in MNCs, banks, and financial institutions in the region.

In particular, his expertise in SOX 404, AML and Basel II, Solvency ll systems implementation is much sought after by many organizations. 

 

Tommy’s other professional achievements would have been the objects of envy for many of his peers.

One of the better-known facts is that he is the only Chinese Singaporean that sits on the ACFE Board of Regents in Texas, USA. In the year 2006, his strategic management skills were put to the test and his contribution was duly acknowledged when he was elected the ACFE Board of Regents, Vice-Chairman.

Based in Austin, Texas, ACFE is the best recognized and largest Fraud Examination Body in the world.

Nadia Moynihan

Nadia Moynihan Rel-Alliance

Nadia is the Director of August Law Corporation.  She is also on the panel of lawyers of a number of embassies in Singapore. Her practice represents a broad cross-section of the kind of legal services that most businesses and individuals typically need, regardless of industry sector or client profile, with a particular focus on dispute resolution. 

She regularly advises corporate and private clients on schemes of arrangement, bankruptcy proceedings, trade disputes, employment disputes, and a wide array of other contractual and tortious claims from fraud to defamation. Her litigation practice draws upon her experience representing clients in complex multi-jurisdictional cases involving misappropriation of funds and shareholder disputes. She has also represented numerous employers and employees in claims relating to wrongful dismissal, breach of employment contracts, and harassment in the workplace. She has significant experience handling highly contentious cases of all kinds from State Courts to the Court of Appeal level.

Her matrimonial practice features cross-border disputes regarding child custody and the enforcement of maintenance as well as High Court litigation pertaining to the division of substantial matrimonial assets located in multiple jurisdictions. Her criminal practice includes experience representing clients in prosecutions for drug offenses, sexual offenses, and violent offenses ranging from voluntarily causing hurt to homicide. She also has experience representing children charged with criminal offenses.

Timothy Graham Taylor

Tim Rel-Alliance

With over 30 years of experience as a police officer, trainer and tactical advisor, Timothy Taylor has a range of specialist knowledge, including conflict management, assessing behavioural triggers during incidents, and counter-terrorist searches.

 

Timothy was the Lead Personal Safety Trainer responsible for training new and existing officers, and developing and delivering various training packages. As a Firearms Counter Terrorist lead, he was also involved with the Nuclear industry observing and participating in their regulatory exercises and teaching the Firearms teams how to deal with Active Shooter Scenarios.

 

During his service, he was seconded to the National Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Centre as a National Instructor and Advisor delivering the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Program, qualified as a Radiation Protection Supervisor through Atomic Weapons Establishment.
