However, it is inevitable that allegations of inappropriate and in some cases criminal behaviour will present themselves. Such reports can result in significant negative consequences to the organization and its people and can increase potential legal liability.
This course will introduce participants to approaches and techniques which support best practice principles and skills for conducting and managing the investigative process.

With over 40 years of practical cross sector experience in environments where communication is vital, from law enforcement to high stakes negotiations, he has developed a range of behaviour centric approaches to assist in building positive interpersonal conversational climates.
A qualified facilitator, and former lecturer at City, University of London, he provides a blended interactive approach to professional development which effectively links academic theory to practice based situations.
Bob is currently retained by Volvo Trucks UK as an advanced communications specialist facilitator, undertakes bespoke inhouse programme design and also regularly provides key note presentations at conferences and events.
