This highly interactive and immersive event will introduce participants to a “forensic” approach to interpersonal communication based on the 5 sense -5 channel effective conversations model©. This unique approach allows practitioners to be more tactical, able to better build trust and empathy and obtain more detailed disclosure.

Following a 30 year career primarily as a Detective with the City of London Police, working in the areas of fraud, organised crime and counter terrorism, was instrumental in the creation and development of the Centre for Investigative, Security and Police Sciences at City, University of London.


Bob has significant experience of working with organisations, both in the public and private sectors of all sizes and types from the European anti-fraud agency OLAF and the UK Serious Fraud Office to Barnardos children’s Charity and Volvo Trucks (UK).
