This Is the continuation of the basic course Essential Contract Law for

 Non-Legal Professionals.

At this half-day advance course, we will focus our discussion on   specific areas of contract law and deepen our understanding of key   principles. For example, we will study in-depth rules related to   contractual interpretation and what the Parol Evidence and Contra   Proferentem rules are.

We will also delve into specific but common contractual clauses such as   Restraint of Trade, Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation, Confidentiality   and Trade Secrets, Dispute Resolution and Enforceability of

 Cross-Border Transactions.

Thereafter, our discussion will take us to the specific laws in Singapore   that are related to contracts, such as the Sale of Goods Act, Civil Law   Act, and Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act.
